Avarage Daily Rate’in kısaltmasıdır. Basit bir ifadeyle satılan oda başına elde edilen ortalama gelirdir.

Günlük olarak odalardan elde edilen toplam gelirin satılan oda sayısına bölümüyle bulunur. Otellerin en

önemli KPI’larından birtanesidir. Yıllık olarak yapılan bütçelerde ADR hedefleri belirlenir, yıl içersinde bu

ADR hedeflerine ulaşılmaya çalışılır.
